VALUATION SERVICES
The President and Founder of EFK Appraisal Services is native to Dubuque, Iowa. At an early age, she took it upon herself to transplant across country to settle in Los Angeles County. This is where she earned her degree and apprenticeship towards the real estate appraisal profession. After 7+ years appraising throughout Southern California, the company has decided to open a second branch in Jo Daviess County, Illinois to serve the surrounding Tri-State Area.

All appraisers must adhere to USPAP Guidelines to ensure the public trust. A residential appraisal report can take anywhere from approximately 1 to 14 days to complete; depending on property complexity and market volume demand.
